VIENNA, Austria — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to news eu elections “A Drug-Free World” Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers through public information points and event-based activities. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide clear information on drug risks, with particular attention to cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe. Details were published in a Scientology Europe report.
According to organisers, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, with visibility at major public events, including the Donauinselfest, while also connecting with educators interested in classroom-ready resources. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Prevention works best when young people receive verified information early, in plain language—supporting both community well-being and European civic values.”
